What You’ll Do

Greet customers, listen to concerns, and clearly communicate recommended services
Provide accurate estimates and explain technical information in customer-friendly terms
Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth workflow
Manage parts, follow-ups, and quality control to deliver exceptional service
Support the team in driving customer satisfaction and shop profitability

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience (technical knowledge a plus)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
Desire to grow in the role and take on more responsibility
